About the Journal
Bank and Policy is an international, open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing research at the intersection of banking, economics, finance, and political studies. Published by the International Meetings and Conferences Research Association (IMCRA Publishing) and headquartered in Baku, Azerbaijan, the journal provides a rigorous platform for academics, policymakers, practitioners, and educators to exchange knowledge, present empirical studies, explore theoretical frameworks, and evaluate policy innovations that address global economic and political challenges.

Aims and Scope
The journal integrates insights from economics and political sciences to address contemporary global challenges in banking, finance, and governance. It publishes original, high-quality research with theoretical and practical relevance, encouraging interdisciplinary contributions in:
- Banking & Finance: Systems, credit and monetary policy, fiscal frameworks, taxation, market regulation, risk management, capital markets.
- Economics: Macroeconomics, microeconomics, econometric models, financial economics, international trade, development economics, forecasting.
- Politics & Policy: Governance models, political economy, global organizations (IMF, World Bank), national & international policy, social policy.
- Interdisciplinary Studies: Digital business, e-commerce, computational modeling, social networks, education economics, higher education rankings.
Editorial Policies
- Follows COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.
• All manuscripts undergo initial screening and double-blind peer review (with optional open peer review since 2022).
• Final editorial decisions are based on originality, scholarly contribution, methodological rigor, and relevance.
• The journal applies no article processing charges (APCs) or submission fees.

Editorial Board Members are expected to:

We particularly welcome applications from experienced researchers with Scopus- or Web of Science-indexed publications, international academic leadership, or policy experience.
